The Deer Walks series is a set of tranquil deer walking through colorful landscapes and even urban environments.
The Urban Corners series is where Matt is currently pursuing the gouache medium in colorful explorations of the Pittsburgh region.

Deer Walks
The Deer Walks series highlights tranquil deer in a troubled time with colors that highlight the importance of life. The showing of the area beyond the 6x6" focus, occasionally to the full 8x8", offers a glimpse into how the works are made and the relevance of human made art.
